Shipping Locations, Delivery Timeframes & Options

Delivery Timeline – Domestic Orders
For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered courier companies and/or Speed Post only.

We always strive to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. However, unforeseen delays caused by courier companies, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control may slightly extend delivery times.
La Botanique is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 0-7 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
The cost of shipping is contingent on your specific location and the shipping service you prefer. This cost will be clearly outlined for you at the checkout stage, before you finalize your purchase.
Tracking your Order & Delays

Returns:
We can process returns and refunds for orders within a 7-day window after delivery, provided the customer no longer requires the product. The item must be unused and in its original, undamaged condition. Upon receipt of the returned product, our quality assurance team will examine it before approving the refund request.
To initiate the refund process, please ensure the product remains untouched and in its pristine state. Once verified, we will proceed with the refund for the corresponding product value of the order. It is important to note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
